The ONESOURCE Calendar APIs provide access to the Thomson Reuters curated content relating to global statutory obligations and their deadlines.
First, the Obligation Search API allows developers to query the library of obligations for which Thomson Reuters maintains content. Using attributes such as Tax Type, Jurisdiction and Frequency, obligations relevant to your organization can be presented in a user interface of your choosing (outside of ONESOURCE) for further refinement and use.
Once a relevant obligation is identified, the Due Date Calculation API is then utilized to obtain the due dates for that obligation for a given year. The API will return all calculated due dates along with any extensions which can then be integrated into any custom tool/user interface of your choosing (outside of ONESOURCE).
