The Billing API provides functionality to upload new LEDES invoices, including uploading attachments. This is equivalent to taking the action with the Tracker user interface,  "Post invoice".  The API also supports downloading an invoice and its attachments after an invoice has been uploaded.   You will also be able to get a list of matters you have access to.
