All terms implied by law, statute, collaterally or otherwise are hereby expressly excluded to the maximum extent allowable. There is no joint venture, partnership, agency or fiduciary relationship between the parties.
The sections relating to definitions, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, liability, indemnity, and any other provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive, shall survive termination of these Terms.
