Sandbox environments for integration

HighQ has set up two integration environments to support our Integration partners and clients in their efforts. Please email integration@highq.com to request access to these environments.

Sandbox live environment

The live sandbox environment is kept up to date with the Collaborate version currently in production. All integrators should use this environment to develop their integration. The URL for sandbox live environment is https://integrationlive.highq.com

Sandbox beta environment

The beta sandbox environment is kept up to date with the Collaborate version under development and which is stable enough for beta testing. All existing integrators should use this environment to prepare their integration for the next Collaborate version. The main purpose for this sandbox environment is to make sure that the existing integrations are not affected by the upcoming release and integrators can use the new API to prepare their integrations for the new features under development. The URL for sandbox beta environment is https://integrationbeta.highq.com

Please note that the beta environment will remain on the current production release if the next Collaborate version under development is not stable enough for beta testing.

This is a shared environment, so each integrator will receive the following:

• A dedicated site in the sandbox instance and will be made site admin to the site.
• A new API Application will be registered for the integrator and Client ID and a Secret key will be provided to them. 

As this is a shared environment so we cannot grant you system admin rights to this instance, hence API functions that require system admin rights will not work for you on this shared instance. The API functions that require system admin rights are system user and groups API.
